First off the nose is so pleasant, all that bed of ripe apples right there, plus a weird but lovely hint of cornflakes 🥃 Takes real nice and easy, sweet barley notes, lovely mineral kick, faint mint and chives on the back, finishes with a soft straw whiff. Soooo much more to my liking than I expected tbh

Just had a dram that’s proper sweet upfront – reminds me of sipping very sweet cider straight from the fridge, with this weird but nice cornflakes note lingering underneath. There’s a bed of ripe apples and barley sugar dancing about, then a faint smokiness sneaks in like a distant bonfire on the breeze. Fresh herbs like mint and Tarragon float around, not overpowering but giving it a garden-like lift, while mocha and maple syrup make it malty-sweet without being cloying. It’s not long but pleasantly honeyed on the finish, and surprisingly easy going – like a cheeky dessert in a glass.

Ah, this one’s got a lovely nose – sweet and inviting, like barley sugar and apple compote mingling with a very sweet cider. There’s a faint smokiness in the background, not too heavy, and the mineral notes are nicer than usual, almost like a splash of mineral water. It’s sooooo much more to my liking compared to some others – easy going, smooth. The barley comes through nicely, with a hint of maple syrup and even a touch of cornflakes? Odd, but works. Herbal hints of Tarragon pop up, keeping it fresh. Not long on the finish, but pleasantly honeyed, like a bed of ripe apples. Really enjoyed it! 🥃

开瓶就闻到好舒服的苹果甜香，像打开了煮苹果的小锅子🍎 细细闻还有些青草和薄荷的清爽感。 喝起来……天呐，这么甜润！ 像一口融化的太妃糖浆混着烤榛子碎，底下还铺着熟透的苹果片。 酒体滑溜溜的，收尾不算长，但那股蜂蜜和枫糖的甜味一直缠着舌头。 好奇怪，明明这么甜，却完全不腻，反而有种喝新鲜甜苹果酒的感觉。 尾段有点矿物质的清冽，像兑了点矿泉水——但一点都不水，反而更显轻盈。 偶尔能捕捉到一丝晒干稻草和玉米片的味道，很温暖🌾 整体风格太对我胃口了，简单好喝，像在秋天果园里散步。
