Puni Distillery is Italy's first whisky distillery, established in 2010 by Albrecht Ebensperger. Located at the gateway to Glorenza (Glurns) in South Tyrol (Alto Adige), Italy's northernmost province, the distillery is family-owned and operated by the Ebensperger family. Puni stands as a pioneer in Italian whisky-making, crafting single malt whiskies using Alpine spring water and locally sourced ingredients in the heart of the Italian Alps.
