Poured a glass of this gorgeous amber liquid tonight. Blimey, it's a proper sherry monster! 🥃 It’s very sweet, absolutely packed with raisins, dried dates, and figs. Almost like a rich walnut wine or sweet sherry. Then you get this lovely chocolate sauce and salty toffee, mixed with salted fudge. But what’s wild is how it turns pretty savoury. Got hints of hoisin, meat sauce, and even a splash of Maggi, all balanced with old oloroso and salted marmalade. There's some cherry flavoured pipe tobacco and a dusty touch in there too. Massive flavours but not heady at all. Just a cracking dram to unwind.

Deep amber in the glass, all sweet sherry, old oloroso and moscatel vibes straight away. I get dried figs, fruitcake, salted fudge and a bit of ginger biscuit, then it turns quite savoury, almost hoisin and meaty, with lovely chocolate sauce and salty toffee. There’s a wee coastal edge too, plus cherry pipe tobacco and salted marmalade. Quite long, cosy, and properly rich without feeling too heavy 🙂

Right, had a sip just now 🥃 Smells proper sweet, like dried fruits and honey. Texture is quite oily, coats the throat nicely. Warmth hits the chest straight away 🔥 Colur is rich amber, looks lovly in the tulip glass. Finish is long, bit of spice lingerin. Definetly a cozy one for winter nights. Favur is spot on. Would pour another glas tho. Cheers 🍻
