McCarthy's is an acclaimed American single malt whiskey brand created by Stephen McCarthy, founder of Clear Creek Distillery in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1985, this pioneering craft distillery produces a unique peated whiskey using Scottish barley malted over peat fires and aged in Oregon oak barrels.
