Nestled near the Baltic Sea, the distillery harnesses a unique subarctic climate with extreme seasonal temperature variations—from summer highs of 30°C to winter lows of -30°C. These dramatic fluctuations accelerate the maturation process, intensifying the interaction between spirit and oak, while the maritime influence imparts distinctive saline and mineral characteristics.
