Just poured myself a dram and wow, it’s like a gigantic apricot pie hit me first – sweet, jammy, proper ripe plums dancing about. Then this honey and acacia honey vibe, thick and golden, like butterscotch melting on the tongue. There’s a touch of quince jelly sharpness cutting through, tarter than I expected but in a nice way. The oak’s there, subtle, not too heavy, and I’m getting these soft new grass notes, herb bonbons too – weird but refreshing. Gooseberries and kiwis pop in now and then, bright ones that make you smile. Medium length finish, gentle and smooth, more flowers lingering at the end. Not boring at all, actually quite pretty perfect for a chilly evening. Gold in the glass, sunshine in a bottle. Slàinte! 🥃

Then—bam—plums aplenty, ripe and juicy, bursting like you’ve just plucked them straight from the tree. Kiwis too, sharp little bursts that make your nose wrinkle in the best way. Honey drips in slow, golden threads, acacia sweetness that coats your tongue like you’ve just licked a spoonful of the stuff. Oak whispers in the background, warm and comforting, but never overpowering. And then—oh—butterscotch, just a hint, like someone’s left a toffee apple in the cupboard. The finish? Medium length, but it’s perfect—gooseberries and marzipan dancing together, a little fudge for good measure. Liquorice rolls sneak in at the end, just a whisper, like someone’s left a sweet behind the sofa. Quince jelly and apricots pile up, bright and cheerful, like a picnic basket on a sunny day. Tarter edge at the very end, but it’s all part of the fun—like the last bite of a cake that’s just a little too sweet. More flowers bloom in your mouth, yellow and delicate, before fading into a gentle oak hug. Pretty perfect, honestly. Wouldn’t change a thing. 🍷✨

Alright, this whiskey's got a proper smoky kick to it, init? Like, you sip it and it's all peaty and warm right from the start. 😤 Then there's this sweet note that comes through – kinda like toffee or baked apples.
