Blimey, this whisky is well made, I can tell you that much! 🥃 It's got a lovely hint of sage and borage, reminds me of a walk in the countryside. And then there's the Mainland peat, gives it a nice smoky flavour. I can taste the pinewood too, it's like sipping on a forest floor 🌳. The ginseng powder adds a nice depth, and the bidis, well, that's a unique one, but it works! 🤔 It's oak-forward, but not too much, just below the limits of over-oakiness, if you know what I mean. And then the small liquorice lozenges kick in, lovely! 🍬 The apple peel is a nice touch, adds a bit of sweetness. It's a solid agricole, that's for sure. The liquorice lozenges are back, and I'm not complaining! 😊 The grassy green tannicity is refreshing, like a walk on a dewy morning. And the seaweed, wakame, I think, adds a nice umami flavour 🌊. Nose opens with a proper tea-ish warmth, like a cuppa left to cool just enough to catch that subtle tannic edge. There's a hint of cinnamon rolls in the background, sweet but not cloying, balanced by something earthy—maybe those bidis my mate used to smoke? The peat's from the mainland, not an island, so it's got this grounded smokiness without being too aggressive. A splash of petroly smells lingers, not unpleasant, like old engine oil in a garage. On the palate, it's assertive rum meets solid agricole, with a grassy green tannicity that reminds me of walking through a pinewood after rain. Salty notes pop up, seaweed wakame perhaps, and a touch of tobacco leaf, not lit cigars but close. The oak-forward character is there but stays below the limits of over-oakiness—more like a well-aged stolle cask than a fresh one. A whisper of walnut liqueur and cloves sneaks in, while peach syrup and apple peel add a fruity lift. It's pretty complex, honestly, with sage and ginseng powder giving it a herbal kick. The finish fades into small liquorice lozenges and a faint gold shimmer, leaving a borage-like floral trail. Frankly nice, this one.

呼，第一下闻到的是那种海水里泡过的碎石、晒干的昆布，还有点咸咸的海风感… 很有趣。 嗯，味道倒是挺结实的，有点像高地的泥煤，但更干净，没有那么冲。 橡木感是有的，不过完全在能接受的范围内，不会觉得过重。 让我想起小时候吃的某种中药糖果？带点甘草片的回甘。 仔细一品，嘴里还有点像未成熟的青橘子皮，微微的涩，混着肉桂卷的暖甜。 最后在喉咙里留下的，像是刚掐灭的雪茄头，和一丝松针的清新。 整体感觉… 还挺有意思的！😮

下班后倒了一小杯，先闻到的是橡木和烟熏味，有点像点燃雪茄但没那么冲。尝起来意外地有海水般的咸鲜感，混着点绿橙子皮的清爽，底下还有像甘草糖的甜。 尾韵很长，居然冒出类似肉桂卷的暖香，喉咙里留着一点海苔和泥煤的土味。质地很顺，喝得出酿得挺用心的，虽然年轻但平衡感不错。配块黑巧应该绝了 🍫

Wow，这杯酒真的挺有层次的。颜色是那种漂亮的金色，看着就喜欢。 先闻了一下，哇，有点像汽油的味道，但不会太冲。然后涌上来的是甘草片的微甜，接着是蜜桃糖浆和青皮橙子的感觉，有点意思。 喝下去居然能喝出点海苔的鲜味，这很有趣。确实挺复杂的，但平衡得很好，做工不错。 烟熏味很舒服，像刚点燃的雪茄，但又不呛人。苹果皮的清涩感也出来了，还有种草本的清新感，可能是琉璃苣？ 有坚实的甘蔗风味，有点像朗姆。整体有点茶的感觉，鼠尾草的香气若隐若现。 泥煤味是那种大陆风格的，不重，很合适。青草般的单宁感，很清新。 肉桂卷的甜香最后才出来，和淡淡的烟草味混在一起。老实说真的不错，虽然年轻，但已经很棒了 👍🥃
