Blimey, this whisky is well made, I can tell you that much! 🥃 It's got a lovely hint of sage and borage, reminds me of a walk in the countryside. And then there's the Mainland peat, gives it a nice smoky flavour. I can taste the pinewood too, it's like sipping on a forest floor 🌳. The ginseng powder adds a nice depth, and the bidis, well, that's a unique one, but it works! 🤔 It's oak-forward, but not too much, just below the limits of over-oakiness, if you know what I mean. And then the small liquorice lozenges kick in, lovely! 🍬 The apple peel is a nice touch, adds a bit of sweetness. It's a solid agricole, that's for sure. The liquorice lozenges are back, and I'm not complaining! 😊 The grassy green tannicity is refreshing, like a walk on a dewy morning. And the seaweed, wakame, I think, adds a nice umami flavour 🌊. Rather long finish, but I'm not complaining, it's a nice
